Graham has been working in the industry since he was 15 years old. In January of 2000, he formed his own company, King Builders Incorporated.  Since then, he has been busy building in the surrounding area. Custom homes, remodels, and additions are his areas of strength in the construction industry.

He is a very confident and knowledgeable builder.  He prides himself on keeping the homeowners at ease, giving attention to detail, and being on the job. A building project of any size can be a daunting experience, and Graham works hard at keeping the homeowners included on all the steps of the project. A homeowner in the know, is a homeowner who feels confident in the building process. Graham has a passion for detail in homes. He researches new and exciting techniques, and will recommend special touches that would fit into your project. This extra detail can turn a great home into your dream home. Being on the job is important to Graham. He feels that his projects need leadership and direction, and his subcontractors can easily reach him for answers. It helps make the project run smoothly and efficiently. Problems can be solved in a matter of minutes verses days, when he is on site.

He knows the industry, expects and receives quality workmanship from his subcontractors, and stays on schedule. Since Graham has been building for the last 20 years, he has learned the importance of quality workmanship. Graham will only work with a selected few subcontractors whom he has gotten to know very well. They are reliable, they are hard working, and they are quality businesses who stand behind their product. Keeping a project on schedule is important for Graham, because he knows that the homeowner is depending on him to come through on his word. Graham builds projects that will last for years to come. Graham has built many custom homes, town homes, and additions in his time, and he also enjoys working on some spec homes in between projects. Some of his projects have also been on the Tour of Homes in Mankato. He is currently working on a remodel project bringing a 1970’s home to the 2000’s. It has brought this home to life once again, and it will be like new when he is complete.

Graham is from the Mankato area. He has been married to his wife, Patsy, for the last 3 years, and they are expecting their first child in February. Family time is important for him, and he works hard at maintaining a balance between work and family. His passion in building has inspired Patsy to get in touch with her creative side as well. She helps him when she can with picking out color pallets and themes. They are a great team with lots of ideas.
